Great opportunity: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Collin County, Texas. The job is in a factory paint shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec On a typical shift you will hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
