Oven operator — Howard County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Howard County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
