Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Wharton County, Texas. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Rotating shifts.
