You will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Rotating shifts.
