Paint booth operator wanted in Benton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Benton County, Indiana. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
