Vacancy available: we are hiring a road roller operator in Gateshead, England. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster On the job you will handle: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
