Falsework carpenter • Georgetown County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Georgetown County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
