Dishwasher — Oxford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Oxford County, Maine. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Rotating shifts.
