Stitching operator wanted in Cardiff

Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Cardiff, Wales. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
