Captain waiter — Massac County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Massac County, Illinois. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
