Gantry crane operator — Guernsey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Guernsey County, Ohio. The role involves carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Part-time with flexible hours.
