Plant operator — Porter County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Porter County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
