Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Morris County, New Jersey. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Day to day you will set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
