Now hiring: we are hiring a line assembler in Lee County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
