Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Trego County, Kansas. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
