Immediate opening: kitchen porter (Oklahoma)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Garfield County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
