Vacancy available: split AC fitter (Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Campbell County, Virginia. You will work at a busy AC installation company. Ideal candidate: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Presentable and polite with customers on site The role involves: • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge 4+ years on the tools preferred.
