Vertical transportation technician — Emmet County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Emmet County, Michigan. The job is in a residential tower block. You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience.
