Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Guadalupe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Guadalupe County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
