Pastry baker — Forest County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Forest County, Wisconsin. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
