Sewing machine operator — Balanga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Balanga, Gombe State. Day to day you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
