Quality checker — Goliad County

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality checker in Goliad County, Texas. On a typical shift you will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Full-time, day shift.
