Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Refugio County, Texas. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
