Smash repairer — Kearney County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Kearney County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers Six days a week, one day off.
