Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Garfield County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
