Now hiring: argon welding operator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Trumbull County, Ohio. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
