Now hiring: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Borden County, Texas. You will be based on a construction site. Day to day you will spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Full-time with occasional weekends.
