Vacancy available: thermal insulation technician (Osun State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Isokan, Osun State. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day-to-day duties: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
