We are recruiting: system scaffolder (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Grimes County, Texas. You will be based on a residential housing development. On a typical shift you will tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use. What we are looking for: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Full-time with occasional weekends.
