Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
