Immediate opening: system formwork carpenter (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Cortland County, New York. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
