Horizontal milling machine operator — Butler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Butler County, Alabama. You will work in a toolroom. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience On the job you will handle: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Performance bonus on top of base pay.
