Coating plant operator — Richardson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Richardson County, Nebraska. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
