Single needle operator — Traill County

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Traill County, North Dakota. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day-to-day duties: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation 5+ years on the tools preferred.
