Structural MIG welder — Ikara

Vacancy available: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Ikara, Kaduna State. The job is at an automobile body shop. Day to day you will lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
