We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Wright County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
