Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Stanton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Stanton County, Nebraska. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances 4+ years on the tools preferred.
