Paint booth operator wanted in Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Morgan County, Alabama. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Performance bonus on top of base pay.
