Captain waiter — Polk County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Polk County, North Carolina. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
