Plastering hand — Dudley

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Dudley, England. You will work in a refurbishment property. Your main tasks: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
