Vacuum press operator — Menifee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Menifee County, Kentucky. The job is in a garment export house. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases On a typical shift you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
