Foundry labourer wanted in Mashi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Mashi, Katsina State. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. On the job you will handle: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Six days a week, one day off.
