Ideal candidate: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Comfortable meeting daily sales targets • Accurate in handling cash The role involves: • Prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Pitch products door to door along the assigned beat • Greet walk-in customers and find out what they need • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
