Moulder — Stephens County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Stephens County, Texas. You will work at a busy iron foundry. Day to day you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
