The role involves: • Clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms • Deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination Ideal candidate: • Smart grooming and high personal hygiene standards • Sharp attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
