Cnc turning machinist — Boone County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Boone County, Nebraska. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run first-off inspection and sign off the part.
