Powder coating line operator — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Franklin County, Texas. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
