Die-casting operator wanted in Mower County

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Mower County, Minnesota. The job is in a non-ferrous casting shop. You will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
