Public area cleaner — Powhatan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a public area cleaner in Powhatan County, Virginia. You will be based at a serviced apartment. Day to day you will sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles; replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls; strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist; empty bins, replace liners and segregate the waste. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system • 1-2 years experience in hotel housekeeping • Sharp attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness Six days a week, one day off.
