Vacancy available: foundry worker (Kebbi State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry worker in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will be based on the moulding line. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
